Terms of Service

1. About This Service

TechChiefX Data is a data bundle reselling service operating in Ghana. We purchase data from wholesale providers and resell it to customers at competitive prices. We are not affiliated with MTN Ghana, Telecel Ghana, or AirtelTigo.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older, or have parental consent
• Be purchasing for a valid Ghanaian phone number
• Provide accurate recipient information at checkout

3. SIM Compatibility — Important

Our data bundles are only compatible with standard personal SIM cards. They do NOT work on:

• Turbonet SIM cards
• Merchant / business SIM cards
• Any enterprise or non-personal SIM type

It is your responsibility to verify your SIM type before ordering. If you place an order on an incompatible SIM type and the data is consumed by the network, we cannot refund that transaction.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 minutes to 4 hours of payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on network conditions, API availability, or order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by the receiving mobile network.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card details. Payment is required in full before any order is processed.

Prices displayed on our website are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of all applicable fees.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

We will issue a refund or resend your bundle in the following circumstances:

• Your order failed to deliver and remains undelivered after 24 hours
• We confirm a system error on our side

We do NOT refund for:

• Orders placed on an incompatible SIM type (Turbonet, Merchant, etc.)
• Wrong recipient number entered by the customer
• Orders that show "Delivered" in our system with confirmed API receipt

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the order with your order reference number.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Fraudulent activity or price manipulation
• Purchasing data for resale without our written consent
• Any activity that violates Ghanaian law

We reserve the right to cancel orders and block users who violate these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechChiefX Data is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
